43 C.F.R. § 2911.0.8 — Lands available for leasing.
§ 2911.0–8 Lands available for leasing. Any contiguous unreserved and unappropriated public lands, surveyed or unsurveyed, not exceeding 2,560 acres in area, may be leased under the provisions of the Act, subject to valid existing rights under the public land laws.
