§ 2742.1 Lands subject to disposition. Omitted lands and unsurveyed islands may be conveyed to States and their local political subdivisions under the provisions of section 211 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (43 U.S.C. 1721). [50 FR 50301, Dec. 10, 1985]
