43 C.F.R. § 2741.2 — Qualified applicants.
§ 2741.2 Qualified applicants. Applications for any recreational or public purpose may be filed by States, Federal and State instrumentalities and political subdivisions, including counties and municipalities, and nonprofit associations and nonprofit corporations that, by their articles of incorporation or other authority, are authorized to acquire land.
