43 C.F.R. § 2654.3 — Conveyances.
§ 2654.3 Conveyances. (a) Conveyances under this subpart are subject to the provisions of section 14(g) of the Act, as provided by § 2650.4 of this chapter. (b) Conveyances under this subpart to two or more village corporations will be made to them as tenants-in-common, having undivided interests proportionate to the number of their respective members or stockholders determined on the basis of the final roll promulgated by the Secretary pursuant to section 5 of the Act.
