43 C.F.R. § 2651.5 — Conveyance reservations.
§ 2651.5 Conveyance reservations. In addition to the conveyance reservations in § 2650.4 of this chapter, conveyances issued to village corporations shall provide for the transfer of the surface estates specified in section 14(c) of the Act, and shall be subject to valid existing rights under section 14(g) of the Act.
