43 C.F.R. § 2650.0.8 — Waiver.
§ 2650.0–8 Waiver. The Secretary may, in his discretion, waive any nonstatutory requirement of these regulations. When the rights of third parties will not be impaired, and when rapid, certain settlement of the claims of Natives will be assisted, minor procedural and technical errors should be waived.
