43 C.F.R. § 2650.0.3 — Authority.
§ 2650.0–3 Authority. Section 25 of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of December 18, 1971, authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to issue and publish in the Federal Register, pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act (5 U.S.C. 551, et seq. ), such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the act.
