43 C.F.R. § 2631.4 — Patents.
§ 2631.4 Patents. If all be found regular and in conformity with the governing law and regulations, patent shall be issued in the name of the grantee under the railroad grant, the carrier paying the costs of preparation and issuance of the patent.
