43 C.F.R. § 2568.79 — Are there any rules about the number and size of parcels?

§ 2568.79 Are there any rules about the number and size of parcels? Yes. You may apply for one or two parcels, but if you apply for two parcels the two combined cannot total more than 160 acres. You may apply for less than 160 acres. Each parcel must be reasonably compact.
