43 C.F.R. § 2470.1 — Opening of lands to disposal.
§ 2470.1 Opening of lands to disposal. After lands have been classified for disposal, the authorized officer shall, at the appropriate time, open the lands to those forms of disposal consistent with the classification. [35 FR 9565 June 13, 1970]
