43 C.F.R. § 2372.3 — Return of lands to the public domain; conditions.
§ 2372.3 Return of lands to the public domain; conditions. (a) When the authorized officer of the Bureau of Land Management determines the holding agency has complied with the regulations of this part, including the conditions specified in § 2374.2 of this subpart, and that the lands or interests in lands are suitable for return to the public domain for disposition under the general public land laws, he will notify the holding agency that the Department of the Interior accepts accountability and responsibility for the property, sending a copy of this notice to the appropriate regional office of the General Services Administration.
