43 C.F.R. § 2310.3.6 — Transfer of jurisdiction.
§ 2310.3–6 Transfer of jurisdiction. A public land order that reserves lands for a department, agency or office, shall specify the extent to which jurisdiction over the lands and their related resource uses will be exercised by that department, agency or office. (See § 2310.3–2(c) of this title).
