§ 2091.9–1 Alaska Native selections. The segregation and opening of lands authorized for selection and selected by Alaska Natives under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, as amended (43 U.S.C. 1601 et seq. ), are covered by part 2650 of this title.
