43 C.F.R. § 2.237 — Requests for access to records.

§ 2.237 Requests for access to records. The Privacy Act permits individuals, upon request, to gain access to their records or to any information pertaining to them which is contained in a system and to review the records and have a copy made of all or any portion thereof in a form comprehensive to them. 5 U.S.C. 552a(d)(1). A request for access shall be submitted in accordance with the procedures in this subpart. [48 FR 56584, Dec. 22, 1983]
