§ 19.8 Prospecting, mineral locations, mineral patents, and mineral leasing within National Forest Wilderness. Regulations issued under the provisions of the Wilderness Act pertaining to prospecting, mineral locations, mineral patents, and mineral leasing within National Forest Wilderness are contained in parts 3327 and 3638 of subchapter C of chapter II of this title. Editorial Note: See Redesignation Table No. 2 of 43 CFR, which appears in Volume II of the List of CFR Sections Affected, 1964–1972, for the appropriate sections to former parts 3327 and 3638.
