43 C.F.R. § 1882.5.7 — Nondiscrimination.
§ 1882.5–7 Nondiscrimination. No person shall, on the grounds of race, color, religion, national origin or sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity funded in whole or part with funds made available under this subpart.
