42 C.F.R. § 71.43 — Exemption for mails.

§ 71.43 Exemption for mails. Except to the extent that mail contains any article or thing subject to restrictions under subpart F of this part, nothing in the regulations in this part shall render liable to detention, disinfection, or destruction any mail conveyed under the authority of the postal administration of the United States or of any other Government.
