42 C.F.R. § 66.103 — Eligibility.

§ 66.103 Eligibility. To be eligible for a National Research Service Award an individual must: (a) Be a citizen, noncitizen national of the United States, or lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence at the time of the award. (b) Propose to engage in such research, or training to undertake research, in a program specified in section 487(a)(1)(A) of the Act; and (c) Propose to engage in such research or training to undertake research on a full-time basis except in cases of disability or pressing family need.
