42 C.F.R. § 62.11 — When can a scholarship program payment obligation be discharged in bankruptcy?

§ 62.11 When can a scholarship program payment obligation be discharged in bankruptcy? In accordance with section 754(d)(3) of the Act, any payment obligation incurred under § 62.10 may not be discharged in bankruptcy under title XI of the United States Code until 5 years after the date on which the payment obligation is due.
