42 C.F.R. § 59.11 — Additional conditions.
§ 59.11 Additional conditions. The Secretary may, with respect to any grant, impose additional conditions prior to, at the time of, or during any award, when in the Department's judgment these conditions are necessary to assure or protect advancement of the approved program, the interests of public health, or the proper use of grant funds.
