42 C.F.R. § 57.307 — Maximum amount of nursing student loans.

§ 57.307 Maximum amount of nursing student loans. The total of the nursing student loans made from the fund to any student for an academic year may not exceed $2,500, except that for each of the final 2 academic years of the program, the total must not exceed $4,000. The maximum amount loaned during a 12-month period to any student enrolled in a school which provides a course of study longer than the 9-month academic year may be proportionately increased. The total of all nursing student loans to any student must not exceed $13,000. [56 FR 13771, Apr. 4, 1991]
