§ 51.8 Annual reports. By January 1 of each year, a report shall be submitted, pursuant to section 105(a)(7) of the Act (42 U.S.C. 10805(a)(7)), to the Secretary which is in the format designated by the Secretary. [62 FR 53564, Oct. 15, 1997]
