42 C.F.R. § 38.9 — Federal audits.
§ 38.9 Federal audits. The Secretary, the Administrator, and the Comptroller General of the United States, or their duly authorized representatives shall have access to any books, documents, papers, and records that pertain to Federal funds, equipment, and supplies received under this part for the purpose of audit and examination.
