42 C.F.R. § 35.7 — Admissions; designation of person to be notified.

§ 35.7 Admissions; designation of person to be notified. Every in-patient, at the time of admission to the hospital or station or as soon thereafter as practicable, shall be requested to designate a person or persons to be notified in case of emergency.
