42 C.F.R. § 136.311 — Eligibility.
§ 136.311 Eligibility. Any Indian tribe, tribal organization, urban Indian organization, Indian health organization or any public or other nonprofit private health or educational entity is eligible to apply for a health professions recruitment grant under this subdivision.
