42 C.F.R. § 136.116 — Reports.
§ 136.116 Reports. In addition to the reporting and information requirements provided in 45 CFR 75.341 through 75.360 made applicable to grants under this subpart by § 136.114, each recipient of Federal financial assistance shall make such reports and information available to the Indian people served or represented by such recipient as and in a manner determined by the Secretary to be adequate. Note: This section is a requirement in addition to 45 CFR part 75 and is required by section 5(c) of Pub. L. 93–638. [40 FR 53143, Nov. 14, 1975, as amended at 50 FR 1855, Jan. 14, 1985.
