40 C.F.R. § 7.55 — Separate or different aid, benefits, or services.
§ 7.55 Separate or different aid, benefits, or services. Recipients shall not deny a qualified handicapped person an opportunity equal to that afforded others to participate in or benefit from the aid, benefit, or service in the program or activity receiving EPA assistance. Recipients shall administer programs or activities in the most integrated setting appropriate to the needs of qualified handicapped persons.
