40 C.F.R. § 7.45 — General prohibition.
§ 7.45 General prohibition. No qualified handicapped person shall solely on the basis of handicap be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving EPA assistance.
