§ 60.1165 Who must complete the plant-specific training course? All employees with responsibilities that affect how a municipal waste combustion unit operates must complete the plant-specific training course. Include at least six types of employees: (a) Chief facility operators. (b) Shift supervisors. (c) Control room operators. (d) Ash handlers. (e) Maintenance personnel. (f) Crane or load handlers.
