The air quality control region which encompasses the Reservation of the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe is classified as follows for purposes of episode plans: Pollutant Classification Carbon monoxide III Nitrogen dioxide III Ozone III Particulate matter (PM10) II Sulfur oxides II
