§ 35.6760 Remedies for noncompliance and termination. The recipient must comply with all terms and conditions in the Cooperative Agreement and is subject to the remedies for noncompliance with the terms of an award and termination described in 2 CFR 200.339 and 200.340. [87 FR 30401, May 19, 2022]
