§ 35.340 Purpose. (a) Purpose of section. Sections 35.340 through 35.349 govern Pollution Prevention State Grants under section 6605 of the Pollution Prevention Act. (b) Purpose of program. Pollution Prevention State Grants are awarded to promote the use of source reduction techniques by businesses.
