40 C.F.R. § 35.104 — Components of a complete application.

§ 35.104 Components of a complete application. A complete application for an environmental program must: (a) Meet the requirements in 2 CFR part 200, subpart C. (b) Include a proposed work plan (§ 35.107); and (c) Specify the environmental program and the amount of funds requested. [66 FR 1734, Jan. 9, 2001, as amended at 79 FR 76054, Dec. 19, 2014]
