40 C.F.R. § 35.10035 — Labor standards.
§ 35.10035 Labor standards. All laborers and mechanics employed by contractors or subcontractors on projects receiving credit assistance under this part shall be paid wages at rates not less than those prevailing for the same type of work on similar construction in the immediate locality, as determined by the Secretary of Labor.
