40 C.F.R. § 35.001 — Applicability.
§ 35.001 Applicability. This part codifies policies and procedures for financial assistance awarded by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to State, interstate, and local agencies, Indian Tribes and Intertribal Consortia for pollution abatement and control programs. These provisions supplement the EPA general assistance regulations in 2 CFR parts 200 and 1500. [66 FR 1734, Jan. 9, 2001, as amended at 79 FR 76054, Dec. 19, 2014]
