§ 26.1601 To what does this subpart apply? This subpart applies to both of the following: (a) Reviews by EPA and by the Human Studies Review Board of proposals to conduct new research subject to § 26.1125. (b) Reviews by EPA on or after April 15, 2013 and, to the extent required by § 26.1604, by the Human Studies Review Board of reports of completed research subject to § 26.1701.
