39 C.F.R. § 961.5 — Effect of filing a petition.

§ 961.5 Effect of filing a petition. Upon receipt and docketing of the employee's petition for a hearing, further collection activity by the Postal Service must cease, as required by section 5 of the Debt Collection Act until the petition is resolved by the Hearing Official.
