39 C.F.R. § 955.2 — Initiation of appeals.

§ 955.2 Initiation of appeals. An appeal must be initiated by the filing of a notice of appeal (or equivalent). See § 955.1(c)(4). The notice of appeal must be in writing and must be filed within the time specified by applicable law. [80 FR 31304, June 2, 2015]
