39 C.F.R. § 912.10 — Action on approved claims.

§ 912.10 Action on approved claims. In any case where the General Counsel or the General Counsel's designee, upon consideration of all the evidence submitted, finds that compensation is due a claimant, payment will be made by the U.S. Postal Service and in due course a settlement check will be forwarded to the claimant or his representative.
