39 C.F.R. § 3030.281 — Calculation of passthroughs for workshare discounts.
§ 3030.281 Calculation of passthroughs for workshare discounts. For the purpose of this subpart, the percentage passthrough for any workshare discount shall be calculated by dividing the workshare discount by the cost avoided by the Postal Service for not providing the applicable service and expressing the result as a percentage.
