39 C.F.R. § 3030.265 — Opportunity for comments.
§ 3030.265 Opportunity for comments. (a) Following the conclusion of the public hearings and submission of any supplementary materials, interested persons will be given the opportunity to submit written comments on: (1) The sufficiency of the justification for an exigent rate adjustment; (2) The adequacy of the justification for adjustments in the amounts requested by the Postal Service; and (3) Whether the specific rate adjustments requested are reasonable and equitable. (b) An opportunity to submit written reply comments will be given to the Postal Service and other interested persons.
