39 C.F.R. § 3013.21 — Authority to order depositions and responses to written interrogatories.

§ 3013.21 Authority to order depositions and responses to written interrogatories. The Chairman, any designated Commissioner, or any administrative law judge may order the taking of depositions and responses to written interrogatories by a covered person with respect to any proceeding conducted under title 39 of the United States Code or to obtain information to be used to prepare a report under that title.
