39 C.F.R. § 3013.2 — Terms defined for purposes of this part.

§ 3013.2 Terms defined for purposes of this part. (a) Administrative law judge means an administrative law judge appointed by the Commission under 5 U.S.C. 3105. (b) Chairman means the Chairman of the Commission. (c) Covered person means an officer, employee, agent, or contractor of the Postal Service. (d) Designated Commissioner means any Commissioner who has been designated by the Chairman to act under this part.
