39 C.F.R. § 3010.301 — Notice of proceeding.
§ 3010.301 Notice of proceeding. Whenever the Commission determines that a proceeding will be held on the record with an opportunity for a hearing under this part, it shall publish notice of the proceeding in the Federal Register pursuant to § 3010.151.
