§ 3006.60 Chief Freedom of Information Act Officer. The Commission designates the General Counsel of the Commission as the Chief FOIA Officer. The Chief FOIA Officer shall be responsible for the administration of and reporting on the Commission's Freedom of Information Act program. [84 FR 53057, Oct. 4, 2019]
