39 C.F.R. § 230.37 — Determination of type of property.
§ 230.37 Determination of type of property. If the Office of Inspector General is unable to determine whether the personal property in its custody is abandoned or voluntarily abandoned, it shall contact the Office of Inspector General, Office of General Counsel for such a determination.
