39 C.F.R. § 230.2 — Access to information and other responsibilities.

§ 230.2 Access to information and other responsibilities. (a) The Inspector General has authority to have access to all postal records, reports, audits, reviews, documents, papers, information, and other material relating to any matter related to the responsibilities of the Inspector General; (b) The Inspector General shall be the Investigating Official for purposes of the Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act.
