39 C.F.R. § 10.3 — Post-employment activities.
§ 10.3 Post-employment activities. Governors are subject to the restrictions on the post-employment activities of special Government employees imposed by 18 U.S.C. 207. Guidance concerning post-employment restrictions applicable to Governors may be obtained in accordance with section 10.2(b).
