§ 20.600 Rule 600. Applicability. (a) The provisions in this subpart apply to Board hearings conducted in legacy appeals, as defined in § 19.2 of this chapter. (b) Except as otherwise provided, Rules 700, 701, 704, 705, and 707–715 (§§ 20.700, 20.701, 20.704, 20.705, and 20.707–20.715) are also applicable to Board hearings conducted in legacy appeals.
