38 C.F.R. § 18b.55 — Depositions.
§ 18b.55 Depositions. Upon such terms as may be just, for the convenience of the parties or of the Department of Veterans Affairs, the presiding officer may authorize or direct the testimony of any witness to be taken by deposition.
